Swim:- 19:30 – 21:00 (3 Lanes)

Wednesday
Swim:- 07:00 – 08:30 (2 Lanes)
Swim:- 19:30 – 20:30 (Full Pool)
Polo:- 20:30 – 21:30 (Full Pool)

Thursday
Swim:- 07:00 – 08:30 (2 Lanes)
Waterpolo:- 19:30 – 21:30 (Tolcross Swimming Pool- See Captians for more info)

Friday
Swim:- 19:30 – 21:00 (3 Lanes)

Sunday
Polo:- 08:00 – 10:00 (Full Pool)
Land Training:- 18:00 – 19:00 (Exercise Studio- Stevenson Building)

Due to over demand for sessions, the Stevenson Building has put a limit of 8 people per lane in the pool. We recommend being ready to swim, on pool side, at least 5 minutes prior to the start of the session to ensure you get a swim.

Mondays and Wednesdays: Four lanes for moderate to advanced levels, two lanes for slower swimmers.

Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: Generally catered towards faster swimmers, others always welcome.

All members are of course welcome to any session.
